Mr. Roach is President and CEO of Cedar Point Federal Credit Union. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Black Hills State University, with a composite Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Charles was raised in St. Mary’s County and graduated from Chopticon High School.
Charles and his wife April reside in Mechanicsville. He has been involved in many civic organizations including the St. Mary’s Chamber of Commerce, the St. Mary’s County Community Development Corporation, and the St. Mary’s County Public Schools Building Trades Foundation. Charles enjoys spending his free time with his five children.
Charles joined the Board of Directors for Cedar Lane Senior Living Community in January 2017 and currently serves as its Chair.
