  • These apartments are not subsidized. They rent for a set monthly rate. 
  • There are no income limits and no asset restrictions.

Trash collection, water and sewer are included in rent. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Pet deposit is $200. Cedar Lane is a non-smoking community.
