Subsidized Apartments

  • Rents are subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
  • Income limits apply
  • Age restrictions apply – must be 62 years of age or above
  • 10% of apartments are leased to adults under the age of 62 with a disability
  • Your rent will be calculated based on your household income, assets and qualifying deductions. Your rent will not exceed 30% of your adjusted monthly income.
  • Asset restrictions apply. Those with assets totaling $100,000 in value or more, and those who own real property suitable for their occupancy that they have the right to sell, do not qualify for HUD assistance.
