Dennis Nicholson is a results-oriented leader who has built a career on actively improving the quality of life for families, neighborhoods and communities via successful collaborations involving a range of funding sources.
He is recently retired from his 26-year role as Executive Director of the Housing Authority of St. Mary’s County. His past work experience includes serving as President for Four Rivers Community Loan Fund, Inc., and as Deputy Director for the St. Mary’s County Department of Economic and Community Development.
