Robert Lane

Mr. Lane graduated from the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute School of Engineering and became an active member of the United States Naval Reserve at the age of 17. In May of 1953 he was called to active duty during the Korean War and served until June of 1955. Upon his return to civilian life, he joined the firm of E. L. Freemire & Associates as a Sales Engineer until 1971. He moved on to work as an outside sales representative for the Columbia Vending Company where he worked until his retirement in 1995.

Mr. Lane resided in the Town Creek waterside community located in St. Mary’s County until August 2017 when he moved to Cedar Lane Senior Living Community. Shortly after he began residing at Cedar Lane he was selected as Tenant Representative to the Board of Directors, a position he holds today.
