As a senior community, our primary service is to applicants age 62 and older. Sixteen apartments are allocated to residents under 62 and living with a disability. There may be a wait for all apartment types, particularly for those under 62 years of age.

Cedar Lane Senior Living community does not discriminate against any person for reasons of race, color, religion, gender, disability, familial status, age or national origin.

Residents must meet the documentation requirements of US citizenship, or eligible immigration status.

All applicants must sign an Authorization for Release of Information form, and all information relevant to eligibility and level of assistance must be verified.

All applicants will be subject to a credit and criminal background check as part of the application process. Please note, Cedar Lane does not accept Reusable Tenant Screening Reports.
