Cedar Lane Senior Living Community primarily serves adults age 62 and older. We also offer sixteen apartments for individuals under 62 who are living with a qualifying disability. Please note that wait times may apply for all apartment types, especially for applicants under age 62.

As part of the application process, all applicants must sign an Authorization for Release of Information form. Eligibility and level of assistance will be verified through required documentation. A credit check and criminal background check are also mandatory. Please be aware that Cedar Lane does not accept Reusable Tenant Screening Reports.
